I'm a project manager and also do a fair bit of information architecture. I used to want to be an urban planner, and even got a masters degree in human geography, but then I discovered the Drupal, and that was all over. Working at Affinity Bridge provides a great balance between my passion for the web, and my interests in progressive social and environmental change.
I'm an organizer of the Vancouver Drupal Group and Drupalchix, and was one of the lead organizers for Drupal Camp Vancouver in 2008, and is an advisor for the PNW Drupal Summit this fall. I'm also a coordinator on Drupal's documentation team, and along with a few other doc team members, completed a Drupal 7 core help upgrade project this past winter.
My main Drupal and web development interests focus on:
- Agile development and project management
- Install Profiles
- Documentation
- Information architecture and efficient workflows
- Community event planning
When not at work, I can be found knitting, sketching, reading, biking, playing music, tending to her plants, and let's face it, nerding out on Drupal.
