Copenhagen Airport (CPH).

From Terminal 3 (international arrivals), you can either take the train or the metro. Both have stops inside the terminal. It takes approximately fifteen minutes to get to downtown Copenhagen.

Malmø

Malmø Airport, Sturup (MMX).

From the airport you can take a bus to Malmø Central Station and continue by train to Copenhagen.
