I have been programming computers for more than 30 years. That means that I am pretty old.

After buying a company in 2006 (www.polytechna.ch) I did need to find a tool to develop my company site. Drupal was it. I've been hooked ever since.

In 2007 I founded groups.drupal.org/switzerland which has grown nicely ever since.

Stewart Robinson owns and runs Full Fat Things. A drupal consultancy that builds and improves sites. I'm UK based and I led the Economist.com move to Drupal working with people like Moshe Weitzman, Greg Knaddison, Josh Koenig e.t.c.. Since then I've been working on performance for data.gov.uk.

I have been into Drupal development for 4 years now.
Haven't been very involved with the community so far, however wish to make amends going forward.

I have been fascinated with system side of things specially when it comes to Scaling and large enterprise web applications.

I am interested in meeting other Drupalers to see what they are upto share few ideas ..
