Deposit, cancellation and changes

Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed up by a deposit payment. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel bill upon check-out.

In case of cancellation or changes:
Before 12 July, 2010, the deposit will be refunded.
Between 12 July and 5 August, 2010, the deposit will only be refunded if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate the room to another guest.
After 5 August, 2010, no refund of hotel deposit will be made. Please note that in case of cancellation all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer also in case of no-show.

All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service in writing and not to the hotel.


All deposit payments must be made in DKK and payable to DrupalCon, c/o DIS Congress Service.

Hotel reservation will be confirmed when DIS Congress Service has received the payment.

All prices are incl. VAT and taxes. Please note that the final hotel bill will be settled in DKK.
