Ciklum is a Danish innovative IT outsourcing company with a new approach that establishes interactive IT teams to enable clients to work directly with developers to reach a high level of productivity. Specializing in nearshore software development in Ukraine and Pakistan, Ciklum delivers an environment of outsourcing services that is designed for the client to establish own dedicated IT department in Ukraine and/or Pakistan or to outsource, completely or partially, the software development process.

Ciklum is taking outsourcing beyond the rigid structure of old school IT outsourcing companies and into a new generation of workers that have direct communication with clients and no interference. Ciklum own development team model gives clients the benefit of keeping the knowledge in-house as well as building a long term-relationship with their own teams and their full strategic management control. While clients focus on development and production, Ciklum takes care of all operational issues such as human resources management, IT infrastructure, and administrative and legal support. This is equivalent to having own in-house IT specialists but for a significantly lower cost and less administrative nuisances.

To give clients flexibility and scalability Ciklum offers project based outsourcing, relocation services (placing IT specialists in-house), and peak resources (freelancers). This enables clients on a short-time basis to accomplish very specific tasks efficiently and with superior quality. On clients' demand, since 2009 Ciklum offers different partnership models to help clients sell their products and services in Eastern Europe. By offering a menu of services that evolves as the market shifts, Ciklum help clients gain control of their processes and systems.

Established in 2002, Ciklum employs more than 800 specialists with more than 100 current client own development teams. Ciklum has four offices in the four largest cities in Ukraine and two offices in Pakistan, as well as offices in Denmark, Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands. Ciklum is a winner of the Red Herring 100 Europe 2009, an award given to the Top 100 private technology companies based in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region each year.
