Actually the problem with the font is actually with typekit, that on bad days dont load everything as it should :(
We are hoping that they fix the problem or that we find a clever solution,when the font isnt loading as it should. If it just was a browser problem then it was easy, but it is not :/
Why are we keeping it, and not shifting to "xyz" font replacement and why use meta as a base font ?
Because it looks pretty awesome & cool + all the artsy designers drools when you say "Meta" and its not as in metadata drooling ;)
it looks the same in safari and chrome..
it is readable in opera only, as I see it uses the Lucida Grande font.

Not sure if this has already been changed. I can read it write in Firefox but it does not look great. A smaller font may be.
