Refund policy

The stated Drupal Association policy is: No refunds.

We reserve the right to make exceptions in the case of force majeure, but accept no obligation to do so. We cannot make exceptions for individual ticket holders, however tickets are transferable, subject to a handling fee.

The volcano was an exceptional incident, exacerbated by fear, uncertainty and doubt on the part of governments and regulatory agencies. It is not likely to happen again, but if it does, we will deal with it.
