I've been doing software development for 28 years now in all kinds of environments, from low-level network programming and Solaris kernel stuff to Hypercard and Hypertalk - in a pile of languages. My debugging and teaching skills are probably two of the areas I'm proudest of.

On the personal side, I'm an avid mountain biker and bike tourist. My wife and I traveled 14,000 miles on bicycles from the top of Canada to Argentina 2006-2008. See hobobiker.com.
