Sessions deadline has changed

Morten Wulff 23 June 2010

We have extended the submission deadline to give you time to find the right track for your session.

A couple of days ago, we announced the track chairs and published the final descriptions of the six tracks at DrupalCon Copenhagen.

To make sure that everyone has had a chance to submit a session targeted at a specific track, we have decided to move the session deadline back a week. The revised schedule is as follows:

  • The final deadline for session submissions is July 4th.
  • Voting will take place from July 5th until July 11th.
  • The initial schedule will be published on July 18th.

Where to stay in Copenhagen

rocktreesky.com 11 June 2010

p>Where to stay is one of the first things I think of when visiting a new city. There are a lot of things to consider. Will I be in a fun place? A safe place? If I'm going for work or an event, how easily can I access where I need to be? I'm not going to give recommendations for specific places to sleep (i.e. hotels or apartments) since I've only stayed in a few myself, but I do want to point out things to consider when looking at where to stay in Copenhagen.

Addison is spending the summer in Copenhagen and she will provide an interesting perspective on Copenhagen and Denmark from an outsider's point of view.

She has already made four posts. The first one Copenhagen journal begins corrects typical misunderstandings about Denmark.

rocktreesky.com 6 June 2010

p>Before I start blogging a lot about where to stay, what to do, etc., you need a little orientation to the neighborhoods of Copenhagen. There are a lot of travel guides out there which explain different aspects of the various areas of the city, but I like to have a clear map of where things are. I just generally love maps actually.
